Following enrolment;​

1. Your practice will receive a Service Monitoring Agreement form to sign and return to us. We will also send your witness a toolkit to help them understand their role 

2. You will receive and automatic email upon payment confirming your membership. You will need to send us a copy of photographic I.D and pratice induction before we grant you access to the course material along with signed Induction documents which sent to you via email.

3. We'll post a 'Welcome Pack' to you that includes details about your course and an in-surgery manual

4. For monthly payments, we will send the invoice for your exam after your 14 day cooling off period. Once this has been paid, you will then be entered for the exam (payment must be made within 12 weeks).

5. Once registered for the exam by us (either April or November for written), you will receive your login details for Pebblepad directly from NEBDN after 28 days. This is where the you will complete your ROE
